Eric Chang holds a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and currently teaches at NCCU, Fu Jen University and Shih Hsin University. Specialised in marketing, direct marketing, customer relationship management (CRM) and digital marketing, he is an expert with in-depth knowledge of the theory and application of integrated and digital marketing. He has advised clients in a wide array of industries. He worked for Ogilvy more than 20 years and served as Vice President of business development for OgilvyOne in Asia Pacific region. He recently joined McCann group Taiwan as CEO, providing clients with such services as digital marketing strategies and digital media planning, CRM strategy consulting, direct marketing and communications planning.
