Professor Cai Jun

Cai Jun is a Professor of Academy of Arts & Design, and Director of the Design Management Research Lab in Tsinghua University. He is also external reviewer for Aalto University and Design school of Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Prof. Cai has focused on research for design strategy and management since the 90’s.

Through exploration of design driven business innovation and user centered design thinking by theoretical and practical research, he was a consultant for more than 60 projects for Motorola, Nokia, LG, Boeing, Lenovo, Coway, Fiyta and Aftershockz. Furthermore, he has published papers and publications on design research, design strategy and management.
