Admind Employer Branding Campaign

To make their recruitment campaign unique and versatile, advertising agency Admind asked well-known Polish illustrators to create a range of key visuals for posters in collaboration with their in-house designers. All of the motifs refer to the agency’s values: trust, cooperation, responsibility, adventure, partnership, satisfaction and kindness. Another element shared by all of the posters is the brand colouring. The posters constitute an invitation to dialogue, with all of them featuring the same headline. The campaign not only led to new recruitments, but also more visitors to the agency’s website.
