All-Scenario Compact Controller

The modular casing design of the All-Scenario Compact Controller supports expansion cards and module expansion, accurately adapting to different circumstances and perfectly adapting to specific needs to avoid resource wastage. Locally integrate a range of industrial network communication protocols to connect data acquisition systems and peripheral devices easily. In terms of increasing assembly efficiency, no dismantling of modules or terminals is required, and no tools are needed for board replacement, resulting in shorter assembly hours. Compact in size, it is only 15mm wide. The key advantages are easy-to-realise motion control, process control, easy model selection, easy expansion, easy interconnection, easy networking, easy programming, modularisation, easy delivery, and 100% localisation of core components. The controller adopts a dual network port design that saves network cables and switches while enabling convenient networking and cascading. It supports IP expansion of the Ethernet module, which can be isolated from the device's internal and external networks. When the device is sent to the terminal, there is no need to change the internal network configuration, and it is easy to connect to the upper system. All in all, it opens up data services, supports Ethernet/IP (minimum communication cycle 5ms), MODBUS-TCP, CANOPEN and other industrial communication protocols, can easily access peripheral devices, and offers high-speed data transmission.
