Alles könnte anders sein
“Alles könnte anders sein” (Everything could be different) – the motto for Theater Bielefeld’s 2020 / 2021 season is ambiguous. It aims to inspire readers to reflect on the extraordinary nature of the present or to imagine the future. And finally, it is also a motivating call to take the future into one’s own hands. The typographic design underlines the passage of time by stringing together the season’s motto in a kind of endless spiral. In this way, the visible words can be combined to form a complete sentence. The semi-transparent spiral also allows the words at the back to dimly shine through.
