Anthropometry Lab

The website Anthropometry Lab by Foxconn Information Ergonomics Center in Taipei includes a database of human measurements as well as research projects about how to use the data for industrial design optimisation. Instead of displaying the database via table and text – like other conventional anthropometry platforms – a search interface with images and lines was developed in order to interact with the user in a different way. The most important information is conveyed along with sketched illustrations, keeping the website plain and simple.
