The hat-makers Cardinal & Margo opened in Moscow in 1989. They make hats from felt, suede, angora, straw and knit fabrics. Each product line has been marketed to date under separate sub-brands. The main idea of the rebranding was to merge all the brands into one. The new corporate design is characterised by a timeless, stylish appearance in black and white. The striking logo combines the capital letter C and the ampersand character with a hat. The signet looks so much like a figure that it suggests the gentlemanly gesture of raising the hat.
