DEUTZ Connect
The DEUTZ Connect app launched by the Cologne-based drive systems manufacturer enables the pre-planning and scheduling of maintenance measures in order to avoid lengthy machine downtime. It digitises repair solutions and speeds up reaction time. At the centre of the interaction design is a sophisticated data cockpit that offers users a very intuitive way to analyse engine data and provides visual guidance throughout the user journey. Workshops nearby can be found, and both engine reports and corresponding error logs may be securely transmitted. In this way, service staff is ideally prepared for further diagnoses and repairs.
