Diana: Her Fashion Story

Back

The exhibition “Diana: Her Fashion Story” at Kensington Palace in London, England, marks the 20th anniversary of the death of Diana, Princess of Wales, by celebrating her fashion legacy. In viewing her most memorable garments, visitors experience the fascinating evolution of her unique style, which she had developed together with world-renowned fashion designers. Each exhibition room is dedicated to a specific aspect of style, thus fostering a unique atmosphere. Ethereal mannequins emphasise the elegance and elaborate nature of the dresses, presenting them as if they were floating in the displays. The exhibition opens with an immersive, ornately patterned installation evoking the perception of Diana as a fairy-tale princess.
