This new online banking system relies on a client-oriented approach focusing on usability. Based on design-thinking sessions, focus groups and client surveys, roles have been identified with different needs and profiles. Also, key scenarios of their interaction with the system have been established, and all of this has been integrated into an interactive prototype. As an outcome, the web client with a user-centred interface has been developed. The basic features of the system are made convenient and intuitive for the user to easily access at any time from within the system.
