This Spanish beer was named after the Gran Dolina cave, one of the most important archaeological sites in Europe. The design concept for the label takes up the idea of searching, uncovering and investigating. Correspondingly, the label design gives consumers the opportunity to make surprising discoveries: by scratching off the front side of the label, an image of the skull of Homo heidelbergensis is uncovered. Moreover, scratching off the back side will reveal the most complete and intact fossilised skull in the world, the discovery of which made the archaeological site famous.
