This steamer features a backward-tilted top handle that encourages users to open the lid from back to front, preventing condensation from dripping onto the food. Perforations around the steam pan's perimeter and a specially designed ring-shaped steam outlet at the base create a unique steam pathway that minimises condensation. An integrated algorithm and temperature probe also ensure precise cooking completion.
