ECOTRACK is an advanced concept for monitoring truck emissions, designed to promote the responsible use of Wuerth additives and reduce the environmental impact of road transport. It precisely measures PM2.5, PM10, NOₓ, and CO₂ levels, enabling direct comparison before and after treatment to validate effectiveness. Compact and field-ready, ECOTRACK connects wirelessly to a smartphone or laptop via a proprietary app, eliminating bulky equipment. A light guide integrated into a shaded area ensures visibility even in bright sunlight. The adjustable exhaust intake accommodates various truck configurations, including older models. Its modular design allows quick maintenance of the PM sensor, which requires periodic inspection. Engineered for high-temperature environments, the device features decoupled joints for enhanced heat dissipation. It operates on a high-efficiency internal battery, rechargeable via a protected USB-C port. ECOTRACK delivers a sustainable, traceable approach to extending the service life of combustion vehicles through real-time analysis and predictive maintenance, helping to reduce environmental impact.
