In the 2011 annual report under the motto “Simply grow”, the Deutsche Post DHL corporation follows up on its growth targets and illustrates strategic measures. The objective behind the design concept was to address the issue of logistics and use the typical packaging appearance to create a unique annual report. Cardboard was chosen as cover material, and inside the report, it is used for chapter dividers and information graphics. The colours and image areas are defined by the corporate design and feature on the cover as well as in the documentaries and reports.
