EMU, Portable Bedside Neurodiagnostic Device
EMU addresses the need for rapid, portable brain imaging for stroke diagnosis. Using microwave imaging, it provides fast adjunct diagnostic information, distinguishing ischaemic from haemorrhagic strokes. Following a proof-of-concept trial, EMU underwent further refinement and recently completed a multi-site clinical trial to support AI training.
