The app of the Korean theme park Everland delivers an integrated user experience throughout all of the services offered. It includes a complete map of the park comprising five theme zones, displaying all of the attractions, rides and shows, and informs about operating hours and waiting line times. Moreover, users can make reservations in advance to eliminate waiting time with just a few taps and choose the exact time slot they would like to book, offered in twenty-minute intervals. Reservations and also the time remaining until one’s turn can be checked from the home page and admission tickets can be purchased, scanned and activated.
