FIRIN'O Artisan Bakery represents a unique fusion of bakery and coffee shop, founded by a family with four generations in flour milling. The design approach creates a warm, inviting space that reflects the family's heritage while elevating the brand with a young and innovative style. FIRIN’O Artisan Bakery’s design maximises a 6.3-metre ceiling with oak wood slats forming a dynamic parametric shell. This modular system, transitioning from wall-mounted shelving to a suspended ceiling, enhances lighting, acoustics, and mechanical concealment. The layout features oak accents and sand carpet flooring. Handcrafted ceramic tiles with brand-specific ‘O’ patterns create dynamic and multilayered display units.
