Grandaire is a new residential property in the centre of Berlin. This brochure serves to market the luxurious private apartments and its design is reminiscent of the glamorous lifestyle of the Golden Twenties. As an homage to the first neon signs which appeared on Alexanderplatz at the time, the slipcase is printed in phosphorescent neon colours. In contrast to the exterior, the inside of the book uses restrained brown hues. Representative photos, filigree patterns and distinctive typography convey an especially high level of luxury living for a discerning target group.
