The programme catalogues for the main stage of the Greek National Opera echoes the opera’s new visual identity, accompanied by minimal yet playful typography. The use of only one colour throughout each catalogue, both in the text and the photos, makes them stand out as a series of publications with timeless aesthetics. The underly-ing design idea was to create an iconic symbol for each show, capturing its essence by keeping the number of ele-ments as low as possible. This made each show stand out on its own, with vibrant colours and strong imagery. The artistically illustrated key visuals, which follow a recognisable imagery, achieve a puristic elegance.
