When its shop was refurbished, a new brand identity was created for a butchery with a long tradition in Kamakura, Japan. The logo and advertising displays as well as packaging were redesigned. In order to familiarise the customers with the company history, the distinctive logo features two roofs symbolising the two butcher families. It is also used as a graphic pattern on the packaging materials. This creates a contemporary brand appearance, which communicates the company’s tradition in an aesthetically pleasing way.
