Henkel Forscherwelt

At the heart of the 2011 “Forscherwelt” (Explorer World) learning initiative for children aged six to ten is a special educational environment. The extraordinary spatial concept interprets learning environments through a highly individual approach. Under the motto “Learning is a personal journey”, up to 25 children at a time are introduced to a diverse, sensorimotor landscape featuring clear, geometric shapes, harmonious colours and appealing materials. The space thus promotes a broad field for exploration, but also experiences specifically geared towards children’s perception and understanding.
