A new office space is a dynamic, ever-changing environment, but a shared working space may be intrusive, unfavourable or interruptive at times for the individual. In situations where the physical elements of the space, such as furnishing and seat allocation, cannot be changed, Hybrid Workspace comes in to change the atmosphere of the space according to the needs and desires of individuals and small groups at any given moment.
Hybrid Workspace sets up a user’s working environment by using an application that controls the ambience of the space. The user only has to identify and select the necessary environmental conditions from the app – to immerse and focus, co-work and collaborate, create a space for a meeting, or enhance a space for relaxation and inspiration. Based on these needs, the system suggests the most appropriate environment for the user. Each space creates a different atmosphere by gathering users who want the same environment.
