Recent years have witnessed the rapid growth of the takeaway industry in China. Knight Zhou has responded to this market development, leveraging consumer analysis in order to refine the brand design strategically. Based on takeaway market data, the core of the brand is now defined as “Master in Crawfish Culinary”. The design blends Chinese kung fu culture into culinary features to attract as much attention as possible. It uses 12 Chinese kung fu moves to depict how the crawfish is prepared and delivered. There is evidence of increasing recognition in the market thanks to the dynamic impact of the new brand design.
