Under the motto of “Continuity”, the company Fresenius Medical Care published a new annual report trilogy in 2012 that adhered to the layout style of a magazine. In terms of content and design, the print version of the annual report also served as a model for the concept of the website. The design focused on a reduced online implementation optimised according to the highest usability requirements, while also lending it the stylistic look of a magazine. Users were to be guided through the complex topics to help them gain a good overview of FMC’s financial year 2012.
