The growth strategy of the building material manufacturer LafargeHolcim is based on four pillars: cost leadership, asset-light approach, commercial transformation and sustainability. These pillars are defined in greater detail in the corporate image section of the annual report with the help of five case studies from Egypt, Mexico, the Philippines, the USA and Malawi. The emphasis is placed on emotional storytelling so that people are brought to the foreground in all texts, be it staff or customers. A holistic approach characterises the implementation of both the print and online version of the report.
