Lava

Lava Centre provides a unique experience where visitors can feel and understand the extreme natural forces that shape this planet and that created Iceland. Conceived as a journey of discovery, the exhibition is arranged across a series of interconnected spaces constituting an array of immersive and interactive learning environments. Following a tangible interaction approach, every exhibit is either triggered or shaped by visitors’ motion or be-haviour. In this way, visitors experience the exhibition in different ways, gathering along the way a wide variety of experiences that range from personal and intimate to collective.
