LEGENDEN

The packaging for the Riesling wine LEGENDEN (Legends) combines a high standard of quality with sustainability and conveys a sense of dignity. It is an homage to people who have inspired the top-notch winemaker Jochen Dreissigacker: each vintage wine is dedicated to a legend, hence the naming. The design dispenses with paper labels, and is printed directly onto the bottle instead. The bottle comes embedded in a box made of solid German oak, which can be used as fully functional wine cooler. They are wrapped in kraft paper which shows a historical map of the regional vineyards where the grapes for the wine were grown.
