LG Electronics CES 2016_OLED

This installation at CES 2016 was composed to demonstrate the quality of black and colour that the LG OLED TVs can offer. The contents were inspired by the concept “birth of light” and invite the audience to experience the possibilities of “true” darkness, deepness and brightness that a combination of black and colour can bring. This idea was realised through the spatial arrangement of 112 TVs (70 on the ceiling and 42 on the sidewall), forming a dome shape with 6 metres of ceiling height. The aim was to take the audience on a journey covering the scenarios of “eclipse”, “black hole”, “deep sea” and “starry night”.
