Mashrooi

The redesigned Mashrooi app provides investors, developers and residents with accurate information on the progress of real estate projects in Dubai. The design incorporates characteristic landmarks in and around the city, as well as the structural grid of the buildings and the topography of the landscape. New technologies like augmented reality (AR), drone and live camera transmissions enable the digital exploration of ongoing projects. In addition, the AR functionality can be expanded upon, implementing the platform into interactive windows in vehicles.
