My Oma

This packaging has been developed for the new product “Stewed fruit” by the social start-up My Oma, an expanding platform initially provided to “Omas” (grandmothers) for selling their knitted goods. The different flavours were created together with elderly people at cooking events. The design of the labels is inspired by the respective main ingredient and a typical grandmother name such as Rhabarbara (Rhubarb + Barbara). The layout continues this spirit in a watercolour look with splashes and handwriting. The design thus aims to resemble the good old days when granny used to stew the fruits herself.
