Namentliche Abstimmungen Roll-Call Votes

This visualisation of roll-call votes at the German Parliament aims to represent and document a striving towards transparency in politics. The website module allows citizens to become informed about the results of any roll-cast vote in Parliament, and to see how many parliamentary representatives from which party voted yes or no on the issue discussed. It combines the representatives’ voting behaviour with auxiliary information, such as party affiliation, constituency or postal code. Users can choose which particular roll-cast vote they want to have visualised.
