With the 2016 online annual report, Telefónica Deutschland positions itself right where it needs to be as an “OnLife Telco” – in the digital everyday life of society. The starting point and heart of the online magazine is a video of a public place. In this video, the user encounters 14 protagonists in total living their daily lives, doing their work and contemplating their ideas. Telefónica Deutschland provides answers to customers’ questions and, in addition, provides insight into the fiscal year 2016.
