The victory at the Rallye Monte Carlo in the 1960’s made the MINI known as a racing car. The MINI Trophy as a unique race series allowed the motor-sport-feeling to thrive and was the inspiration for the new packaging design of the Original MINI Care Products. Racing stripes and racing numbers inspired the design of the labels: a silver-coloured stripe and a prominent race number, which is surrounded by a white circle, transfers the iconic image to the new MINI care products. The overall concept is rounded out by the use of deep black, high-gloss PET bottles in contrast with aluminium twist-off caps, integrating the Original MINI Care Products harmoniously into the MINI corporate design. In correspondence with the brand‘s racing heritage and the emotional connection between drivers and their MINI, the product line promises the best possible car care – for high gloss in the fast lane.
