This work seeks to promote diversity in German start-ups. The book is based on research showing that every third start-up has a designer as a founding member. However, only 14.6 per cent of all start-ups are currently founded by women. Showcasing the topic with fresh colours and dynamic forms, the cover reaches out to the reader. Inside, the layout conveys a sense of expertise through the skilful use of space and infographics. The printed edition is supplemented by a website and corresponding contributions on Instagram.
