Statement by the jury
»This comprehensive, clearly laid-out book is both a cookbook and a kind of life guide on how to follow a diet that is environmentally friendly. Alongside well-grounded facts and information, for instance on how many resources are consumed for the production of certain foodstuffs, the design represents a solution that is outstanding and highly convincing by means of visually appealing and easy-to-understand infographics.«
