Rugged, a magazine about running, covered Luxembourg’s 14th night marathon in June 2019. A team of three photographers were deployed to capture the atmosphere and emotions of the large street party on that exceptional evening when thousands of gasping, sweating runners were cheered on as they made their way through the streets. The magazine is full of inspiring stories and honest, unfiltered photographs that do not necessarily stand out for their beauty but for their authenticity. The clean, reduced design and the distinctive typeface underscore the passion behind this sport.
