SAS Scandinavian Airlines Cube

With the guideline of sustainability, this concept seeks to create added value for the packaging of on-board meals. The cubical box does not take up much space on an aeroplane table. The cutlery is integrated in the lid and rolled in a napkin made from recycled tissue. The FSC-certified cardboard items deliver the same technical capabilities, strength and efficiency as plastic but exude a natural warmth. In addition, the minimal print of the box facilitates composting. It also effectively communicates the message of getting back to basics.
