Seaside – The Fish Restaurant

Back

The restaurant Seaside makes a feature of its uniqueness through the use of flowing forms surrounded by deep shades of blue, staging its fish dishes in a surprisingly new way. Large curved wall structures with a fish-scale texture define the room, enclosing the show kitchen, bar and display area, while weather-worn wood, white tiles, industrial windows and numerous old bottles are aimed at creating a market-like feel. The conception has led to differing room atmospheres, providing apt favourite spots for every taste and any time of reflection, and allowing fascinating views into and out of the restaurant.
