With elastic as a skin of distortion, familiar objects are abstracted by layers of colour. As the veils stretch and interact, they form a topographic grid mapping each structure’s new surface. The curation of each assembled structure is done with form in mind, highlighting the geometry of each object. The iridescent membrane invites reimagining as the unique sculptures adapt to various spaces.
