The design team from Taiwan's Ming Chi University of Technology wanted to create a visual design that would highlight the beauty of the Badlands and evoke people's bond with this countryside. Based on the data that was collected, the Badlands were found to have many distinctive landscapes and strata, along with rare plants and animals.
