The concept for this online streaming platform is based on the recognition that prolonged focus on close objects can raise the risk of myopia, which is increasingly prevalent all over the world since digital products have become more and more attractive as children’s entertainment. It uses face recognition to accurately calculate the distance between the eyes of users and the screen. If the distance between child and device is shorter than the safe distance of 40–60 cm, the video will become blurred. Thus, a viewing experience for kids that is entertaining while simultaneously avoiding harmful effects has been created.
