The Evolution of Sound – The Revolution of Cinema

As part of a nationwide change-over from 5.1 to 7.1 surround sound in a major German cinema chain, this cinema spot campaign introduces new vistas of sound and imagery to viewers. It stages and makes audible otherwise unremarkable things and processes. The implementation has consciously avoided the imagery typical of movies shown in multiplex theatres. Instead, it has combined reduced and clear visual compositions with exceptional new sound worlds.
