Time River Experience Center

The Time River Experience Center is a public library in China characterised by an extraordinary design stretching over five floors in which the concept of the building and its furnishing play on the theme of time. The refined architecture and a number of installations make this concept come to life for visitors. At the heart of the library, there are an impressive reading room with shelving which covers the walls, and sophisticated, integrated staircases. In addition to the interplay of horizontal, vertical and diagonal lines, the use of a mirrored ceiling creates a fascinating sense of infinity.
