To give applicants a feel for their unconventional corporate culture, creative agency Ueno developed an interactive job interview in the form of a 3D game on their careers website. The job seeker slips into the role of a hot dog, Ueno’s unofficial mascot, who enters the agency office and is engaged by various employees in funny little dialogues. Random animations of the characters, which are triggered during the experience when the player is not moving, underline the game-like character of the website.
