Wrinkle Bubble explores the infinite possibilities of EPE, thinking beyond existing process knowledge or procedures to give the material a new look in ways never before imagined. Given the material properties, a process of joining and stretching, shaping and texturing was developed to create a series of unique luminaires that provide new functions and sensations. Unquantifiable experimental steps result in the uniqueness of each piece, revealing a refreshing sense of inspiration. In this modern world of industrialised mass reproduction, Wrinkle Bubble uses waste materials to recreate the spirit of craftsmanship.
