8-bit-sheep is a new digital strategy network which helps established brands to define and implement an innovative approach for digital transition. The company name is a nod towards Philip K. Dick’s classic science-fiction novel “Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep”. The logo, an ASCII-lamb, made entirely of Helvetica glyphs, is the central part of this corporate design. Greek characters, commonly used in HTML and Unicode, are well-recognised within the tech community. Appropriately enough, the 11th letter of the Greek alphabet, which is pronounced lambda, is positioned as the nose. The horizontally positioned number 8 occurs as an infinity symbol and serves in the logo as a bow-tie for the sheep to make it look businesslike.
