Adjustable Manual Knife Sharpener

With this manually adjustable knife sharpener it is possible to adjust the grinding surface quite simply so that every knife can be sharpened in the grinding angle originally set by the manufacturer. This way there is less metal abrasion. The knife sharpener has three grinding slots: one with ceramic rods for light re-sharpening, one with diamond for sharpening blunt or damaged knives as well as one with serrations for a serrated blade.
