ADO Properties is a real-estate firm which operates exclusively in Berlin. Under the motto “The Colors of Berlin”, the 2018 annual report shows the facets which make Berlin unique. The objective of the design concept was to stand out, to be unconventional and to present the character of the company through the diversity of the city. “The Colors of Berlin” are the colours of ADO. The content is designed consistently in art exhibition style. A ring binder with individually removable booklets allows the reader to directly access the required information. The challenge of this exceptional concept lies in maintaining the style throughout the entire report, while ensuring that it does not undermine the integrity of the financial figures.
