With its practical fold-down mechanism, the AKG K545 headphones can be taken anywhere. They are equipped with two detachable cables: one featuring a one-button inline, and the other a three-button MFI remote control. This enables the headphones to be connected to a wide range of audio playback devices, including stereo receivers and units with iOS, Android and Windows 8 operating systems.

With the wide headband, these headphones appear massive and solid, which not least alludes to the sound characterised by rich bass.
