For its tenth anniversary, the Michelin-starred Costes restaurant introduced a menu card designed to look like a card game. The set is printed on cardboard paper and features 16 motifs, fun facts and explanations of the dishes, making the ordering process an interactive gastronomical experience. On the front side of the cards, the main ingredients of each dish are highlighted with line-drawings printed using letterpress techniques, while the logo is embossed using silver hot foil stamping. The joker is a blank card on which guests can leave their feedback.
